For holiday blooms, force your paperwhite bulbs indoors. They will bloom 4-6 weeks after being planted. You can plant paperwhite bulbs every 10 days for continuous bloom throughout the winter season.

Plant Camellias.
Fall and winter are the best time to plant camellias as they are essentially dormant during this time. We have a wide selection in stock now.

Fertilize fruit trees and flowering perennials and shrubs.

Plant spring flowering bulbs.

Spray peaches and nectarines.
On or around Thanksgiving, spray peaches and nectarines with Liqui-Cop to prevent Peach Leaf Curl. Follow up with a 2nd and 3rd spray at the end of December and mid-February.

Move/Transplant perennials and shrubs.
If your perennials and shrubs have outgrown pots or their current location, now is the best time to move or transplant them. When replanting, water them in with Vitamin B-1.

Buy a Christmas Tree.
Fresh cut Christmas trees will arrive the week of Thanksgiving. We will have a wide selection of Noble, Nordmann and Douglas Fir as well as Silver Tips and live trees. Don’t forget your wreaths, poinsettias, garland and other holiday decorations.
